Support
For help, bug reports or ideas, email privacy@ridewright.app. It helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version, the park, roughly when it happened and what you expected to see.
Why does RideWright ask for my location?
So today's plan starts from where you are. It asks only for "While Using the App" access and never uses your location in the background. Without it, plans start from the park entrance or the last ride you marked done. To change it, go to iOS Settings > RideWright > Location.
Where do the wait times come from?
Live posted waits come from Queue-Times.com, park hours from themeparks.wiki and weather from the US National Weather Service. Forecasts are built from the waits recorded over time.
How do I delete my data?
On your phone, use Clear on the Rides or Alerts tab, or delete the app. Deleting the app doesn't delete the plans saved on our server: email privacy@ridewright.app with the parks, dates and rides you planned and we'll delete the plans that match closely enough to be yours. The privacy policy has the details.
